We are delighted to announce that the inaugural TechBA Arizona Food Product Company Export Business Planning Workshop will be held in Phoenix, from January 30 to February 3^rd of 2012..

We expect executives from 4-6 companies to be in attendance, primarily from the Mexican states of Sonora and Sinaloa. 

The goal of the program will be to assist the companies in developing a robust Export Business Plan for bringing their products to the United States. Each company will also construct a Competitiveness Development Plan, which will identify areas within the company’s operations that need to be added and/or strengthened in preparation for entering the export market.

The program is being developed in partnership with the Arizona-Sonora Manufacturing Initiative LLC (ASMI). ASMI is a network of expert consultants who are also dedicated to the mission of improving the contribution from manufacturing in the Arizona-Sonora region, and promoting bi-national business relationships and trade.
